Coworking spaces offer the perfect opportunity for business development and networking without the overhead of expensive rent and utilities.
Coworking space includes beautiful area for shared working space, high speed internet, access to copiers, printers, fax machine and shredder. Free coffee or tea. Mail services including mailbox, package handling, and professional address, access to reserved conference room. Access to resources, workshops and events held at DBA. Staffed reception & ample parking. Discounts on other services offered by DBA Business Centre and their partners.
Membership levels:
Day Pass: $20 per day
Part Time Pass: 10 days/month. Punch card. No expiration. 4 hours of reserved conference room space per month, $100 per month
Coworking Space– unlimited open seating, 8 hours of reserved conference room space per month, $200 per month
Private office– private office with locked door, desk, chair and file cabinet, 24 hour access to building, 10 hours of reserved conference room space per month, beginning at $350 per month
Event Space Rental Information
Whole Conference Space (back)*
Our large conference space is 750 square feet of space. Comfortable and cozy. It accommodates up to people 75-100 and is perfect for workshops, small parties, and networking events.
Whole Conference Space (front)*
Our large conference space is 650 square feet of space with natural light and fill windows. It accommodates up to people 75-100 and is perfect for workshops, small parties, and networking events. Includes television, HDMI cable
-Both spaces can be rented –**Security guard required for night events if hosting 50+ people
Additional fees:
setup/cleaning fee
if event includes food or drink
Large and/or small conference room can be included, $30/hr and $10/hr respectively
*Includes one hour before and one hour after for set up/cleanup
Large Conference Room
$40/hour
Our large conference room accommodates up to 12 people at a conference style table and is perfect for meeting and networking. It includes glass erase board, TV, and HDMI cable.
Small Conference room
$20 hour
Our small conference room accommodates up to 6 people around a round table. It includes glass erase board, TV, and HDMI cable.
Additional rentals
Projector: $25
Speaker and microphone $50
Deliveries outside of scheduled event contracted time: $25
Deposits
Deposit of ½ cost of rental due at booking of event date.
No refunds given. Opportunity to reschedule date considered.
